My brother went in with the list my sister-in-law had made out for him that morning. As he walked in, he was immediately greeted by a friendly staff member. She asked if she could help him find anything. He pulled out the list and told the lady, " I have a list of things my wife sent me to buy." The lady laughed and helped him find everything on the list. She showed him some accessories that she thought might be of use to him. He also purchased the K-Cup Filter Basket.
They have a very friendly and knowledgeable staff that will help you with all your coffee needs. My brother intends to go back to check out the large selection of coffees and things that they offer.
